Refunds & Returns Policy

Digital Products (eBooks)

All digital products (including eBooks) are non-refundable. Once your purchase is complete, your digital product will be automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure that you enter the correct email address you wish your eBook to be delivered to before completing your purchase.

Please check your Junk mail.

Due to the nature of digital products and instant delivery, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once the order has been placed.


Physical Products (Clothing)

All clothing items are eligible for a 14-day return period from the date of delivery.

To be accepted, returned items must:

  • Be unworn
  • Be in original condition
  • Be returned in the original packaging

Any items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing original packaging will not be accepted for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Ticket Policy

 

All ticket purchases are non-refundable.


Refunds will only be issued if:

  • The event is cancelled, or
  • Dettori Brown sustains an injury and is unable to box.

If either of the above occurs, eligible refunds will be processed automatically—no action will be required from the ticket holder.

All tickets are physical tickets and will be shipped via next-day delivery.

Please ensure that you have entered the correct delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for tickets delivered to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser.
