Digital Products (eBooks)

All digital products (including eBooks) are non-refundable.

Once your purchase is complete, your digital product will be automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure that you enter the correct email address you wish your eBook to be delivered to before completing your purchase.

Due to the nature of digital products and instant delivery, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once the order has been placed.

Physical Products (Clothing)

All clothing items are eligible for a 14-day return period from the date of delivery.

To be accepted, returned items must:

• Be unworn

• Be in original condition

• Be returned in the original packaging

Any items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing original packaging will not be accepted for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
